Your horse is hungry and impatient because he is a grazing animal and going hours without forage builds up stomach acids and actual discomfort, not to mention raises his cortisol/stress levels. I found your attitude about him being "annoying" because he hungry kinda off putting. Like of course he is hungry he is a horse and probably finished his dinner 8 hours ago. Horses aren't humans. My horses we switched to hay forage 24/7 and no grain and they are doing so much better and no more stomach ulcers on my mare, and her "marish" attitude went away.

Great job, was curious if you have another horse that you ride sometimes on the barrels? Chester was wanting to run faster the last run,but I know you was not wanting to hit a barrel, he can easily run a 15 there. He's amazing horse and you take great care of him

She has 4 horses scout,zorro,Chester,kite and she does barrels on Chester and kite and used to on scout but something happened and zorro is retired
