Very simply explained .i have reading about ayurveda but ur contents is rare and useful.Also i had a misunderstanding that ayurveda belongs to india and only indian can teach nicely about ayurveda.but its not so .u proved it.thank u mam so much

Please try to explain scientifically try to know why it's dry why it's cold and second thing according to the scriptures everything is comeposed of pancha Maha vutaa can u explain .I know that very difficult for u .pancha mahavuta concept is something different
