Hi Shannon @user-dp1cy1cs1j The reference is from a book: Langley, K., Nolan, K., and Nolan, T. et al. (1996) The Improvement Guide: A Practical Approach to Enhancing Organisational Performance. San Francisco: Jossey Bass. There is also an updated book published in 2009 on amazon if you put in the book title you'll see it. I hope that helps.❤

Hi Kelly good luck in your new role and secondment - well done. It would be difficult to do video as it depends on the context and employer. My key tips are to seek advice from your HR lead and you should always adhere to your managing performance policy. Your HR dept should have policy and the guidance for you. I hop that helps ❤
