Production was definitely done in a few different locations, so the consistency of pairs will be all over the place, makes for a unique experience, "no two shoes alike" type ish. For $240, you want quality, unfortunately that's over with.

Mine look just like these with the elephant print. One darker than the other. I was planning on returning them but I’m seeing there’s a lot of QC issues like these. So who’s to say another pair in the mail won’t look like this or worse.

I was thinking these were a gr release. I saw the shock drop notification 30min after. Decided it doesn’t hurt to try. Placed the order and 10min later it told me I got them😂

Still waiting for mines from the shock drop. This is for sure my SOTY and my favorite pair of J’s. This was my first pair of Jordan’s back in 88 (yeah I’m old/OG😂) when I begged my moms to buy me a pair!! since then I’ve owned every retro to release. 94,01,08,11,& 18. But back then you wore your shoes, beat them up and then tossed them in the trash when you got the new ones. I still own my 11’s and 18’s tho. Dope video as always brotha👊🏽

My pair has the tongues completely messed up. One is so small it looks like it’s meant for another size of shoe and both jumpmen are noticeably different sizes. Crazy to me, anybody else had the same?

I have the 2018 dead stock so I’m not sure if I should get 2024? I will have to compare once I have the new pair in hand and determine if it’s worth having both versions.

The tongues are very inconsistent. Some pairs have higher tongues like the og. Then most sizes have short tongues where they barley stick out over the collar smh

@ wrong bro. I saw a pic of mj wearing them during a game and his tongue was way higher. His jumpman was clearly visible and he had his tied up all the way to the top! These jump man are barely visible factory laced from the lace loop under the top one. Smh .

I noticed a lot of pairs have white speckles on the black part of the midsole, don’t know if it’s the paint or maybe the clear coat used, looks like white specks tiny but noticeable

I had glue stains on one shoe, not normal Nike glue stains, huge splotches of glue, looks like a second grader pasted them. Sad to say they probably did.

@ if I can get another pair Saturday these are gone. If not I’m going to check resell prices and try removing the glue myself. My issue is if I screw them up trying to remove the shoe I’m screwed.
