Thank you for video . Whether I understood right that I can use this thread not just in loopers but in the upper needles too in serger / coverstich machine ? I found very nice wooly nylon pink-silver thread with glitter and I want to try using this thread as a decorative thread in top cover stitching

You can give that a try. It is not designed for use in the needles but you can see if you can tweak it a bit to make it work. You will need to use a floss needle threader and sew much more slowly.

for wooly nylon in serger upper and lower loopers, does tension need to be adjusted? for wooly nylon in bobbin on sewing machine, does the bobbin tension need to be adjusted?

Yes you can. It will give a lovely matte appearance
