Man, I freaking love watching Jok. As a Timmy, Dirk, Bird, Manu and MJ, ofc, super fan, I honestly never thought I'd see another player like that until Nikola took over the league. I wish you good health and a looooong career, brate, so I can enjoy basketball longer. On a side not @coach Malone, with all due respect, you're not WORLD champs. "NBA" stands for "NATIONAL basketball association", if I'm not mistaking? Say what you want, any kind of argument you can think of, you're still not going to be world champs. Current world champ is Germany, while the USA came in 4th, behind Serbia and Canada, respectfully.

He meant club basketball. But he is not right there either. There is no competition for the world champion in club basketball. But in the USA there has long been an established opinion that when you are the best in the USA in something, you are automatically the best in the world in that something, even in the basket. It will take them a little more time to understand that not everything is as they imagine. But for now, that's it.

@@mtnvalley9298 Yeah no, guy, they won't. Because, believe it or not, outside of this USA bubble of superiority, people can actually differentiate between one thing and another. UEFA champions league (which has far more viewers than any NBA finals) winners are the best club in the world, ask anyone, anywhere ever. But you will NEVER hear the players, coaches or journalists refer to the champs as "world champs". Same in water polo, handball etc, etc. So, it's only an USA hubris problem.

No there isn't any hubris problem when you have the superior players (contracts are the proof) on your team, and in your league and the NBA and the Nuggets do. They are the the best basketball team in the world until the next playoff championship series won by an NBA team.
