Von was the aggressor and his reputation preceded him. Point blank period. He was a top shooter and constantly talked about his body count. And if QR dissed Von’s death, it’s wrong but that’s the game, it’s the rule not the exception. They all do it, and they’re all wrong. This whole situation with gangs, Drill music, “living like that”, “internet trolling”, and “beefs” is a HUGE HUGE problem that is completely out of control. This death and misery are symptoms of a deeply disturbing underlying issue. 💰💰💰 The killing won’t stop as long as there’s a market and there’s money to be made. These labels don’t care about these artists. When, not if, they die or are in prison, there are five more drill rappers popping up. This is what sells and what kills. They don’t care. And it’s a catch 22 for these rappers. They get famous and rich bc “they really livin like that” and trying to get outta the trenches but, when they’re able to leave, people say you weak and fake and won’t fck with your music anymore. So they stay in the streets, doing exactly what they’re doing only with a larger target on their back and die. The end.

I know Quando mama Blackie, cool with her to this day, I'm glad she has shook back because though she was hood to death (not referring to gang language) she was always cool as fuck, her whole family. I don't know Quando personally because I've been incarcerated since 1994 for murder, but I know his situation very well, also know his father and the neighborhoods they grew up in. Savannah, Ga isn't sweet by a long shot and thinking it is would be a grave mistake. I hope for the young man's continued success and after the limelight even more success.
