I ain't from Houston but they where some of the first ones that brought crack to my hometown and it did exactly what Quanell X said it did to Houston, tore the whole community up and it's still suffering but to survive them times you was tough!

I remember in South Acres before crack almost every house was a 2 parent household. Around 86 or 87 it changed.
