Quang at our hispanic cook out we have: Salad (literally just lettuce tomato and optional carrot) Carne asada-grilled meat (seasoning for this pretty much any seasoning but mostly paprika, black pepper, garlic salt, salt, seasoning salt, also add half can of either budlite, miller lite or pretty much any beer) make sure the meat is fajita type Turkey sausage Pig ribs Rice any type And a nice cold beer
