Quang, u ate one of my favourite indian snacks, well south Asian. so in Bangladesh, where I'm from we usually make a chutney/snack out of it. It's so popular and u must give it a try. You'll need to eyeball the ingredients but u are looking for a semi dry texture. Nothing stodgy or wet. You'll need: preferably buy a 'Bombay mix' pack (the one u have will do). chopped white onion. bunch of coriander. chillies (like your Thai ones but green). salt lemon juice mustard oil (little splash) put it all in a dish and give it a good, thorough shake. The key is in the shake not stirring or mixing. SHAKING! And you're done. Give it a try!!!
