I think it all depends on how they were raised. If their parents ate like that most likely the kid will too. Also no need to be so harsh on Quang I knew many Vietnamese people that eat like that. Americans don't understand it. I think that eating habit came from the poor people in Vietnam and somehow it became normal to eat like that. Surely, some Vietnamese people consider it to be rude. Every Vietnamese person has a different opinion about eating habits.
