Quang Tran, i know this an older video of yours but i had to leave a comment. I moved to Chicago 5 years ago and to this day i have been searching for some decent General Tso's chicken. I got fed up and started looking for the "master sauce" to make it myself. I made about 40 variations, most of them had hoisin sauce, but none of them were quite right. Ayy! You're a true OG! Haha. I would do this. For the best frying temperature to frying anything. Let the oil heat up on high heat for 10 mins. Get a chopstick and dunk it in and when you see it bubble up on the chopstick. Turn down the heat to a medium and let that sit for 5-6 mins before frying. I call this. The power of the chopstick.. Hahaha. Please do fry safe and have a lid and a bowl of flour near by for safety my friend!

Hey Siempre! The master sauce is not spicy but there's a part in this video where I did make it spicy by just throwing in 1 tbls (or more) of sambal chili paste in and dried Thai chili
