a much simple way of starting this approach by 24 instead of 21 is that total sum of 4,5,6,7= 22 , its more than 21 so obviously 21 cannot be a condition also so 24 should be the starting total

Respected sir, It is mentioned in the question that "the number of robberies every week in each of the five cities as well as the total number of robberies in the five cities A,B,C,D & E, in the month must be increasing in the same order". Cant be it interpreted, it can be any order like ABCDE, or DEACB like the Ranking of ABCDE according to the number of robberies in a particular week should be the same as the ranking made for ABCDE according to their total? I am not able to understand this line.

vo "total" thoda confusing hai sentence mai, but the sentence essentially means ki week 3 mai every city ki number of robberies (total robberies of a particular city in week 3- total ki zarurat nahi hai yha bus confusion ke liye diya hai )should be more than that city in week 1
