No I’m a coach too- I’ve done other courses and I can relate to how you felt in group dynamics, setting aside your own natural skills to apply new ones, realizing strengths and weaknesses - and finding your own path. It’s been a year and a half for me and I’ve loved it but sometimes it was like throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what stuck 🤣. It was fun to hear your experiences and I’m really happy for you!

@@christabates5719 and I definitely understand the throwing spaghetti at the wall feeling. That’s where I am. I feel like I have the spaghetti in my hand right now, about to throw it lol. I think the fear of it not sticking is slowing me down, but I need to go ahead and throw it to see 🫣 Thank you! I’m so happy for me too. A very long time coming. I realized I should be a coach January 2020.

@@BriannaWeldonso true- every time I change my website or create anything it feels kind of a like a handful of spaghetti 😂 but I guess that’s cuz there’s no sure bet right? Every adventure in creation comes with a measure of risk and vulnerability- and imperfection (which I’ve found is one of the scariest things for me😅). I think that’s why I found myself watching your whole video and commenting too! Very relatable - very uplifting! Thanks again!

Super insightful video, loved the note from Future Brianna too! 💗 Just to clarify- you’re speaking about Ashley Gordon’s Quantum Coaching Academy, right? I came across your video digging for non-biased testimonials about this academy. I’ve been in touch with QCA reps since Feb of this year, was accepted for the course and approved for a scholarship, but still having doubts about making the financial and time investment. Biggest ones being the one you mentioned - feelings of defiance coming up or wanting to “shut down” - especially as I noticed a lack of POC as featured QCA reps or alumni. Also the promotional content I’ve come across has felt very clickbaity & made me confused whether I was drawn to this course out of inspired action or naive urgency. This made me have doubts about how all-encompassing the courses are, but hearing your take has given me hope! 🥹 Would love to hear back from you to confirm, and excited to follow your journey on KZbin! 💕✨

@@ourlovelysouls yes, Ashley Gordon! I felt the same way. I kept looking for black people. And no one’s testimonial seemed that exciting. There were several people of color in my cohort. Both my coaches were black, and one of my clients was Hispanic. There’s definitely a white woman feel to it, but if you know who you are and why you’re there, you can still get what you need. One of my black friends from the course seemed to kind of get caught up in the performance of it, and we would message about her feeling overwhelmed by the energy of the group because she was trying to match it. You can also message me on IG. I’ll be happy to give you the insight you need. I would do it all the same again. From my perspective, the people who didn’t love it didn’t want to submit to the process, which I understand, or couldn’t get past the generic (spiritual) parts of it. Like I said, I was able to recognize why some parts might be generic on that scale (around 100 students) and that I’m probably not that similar to Ashley in personality. Good luck! (And I’m almost done with my second test! Not that hard but a bit tedious. Someone in my group did a zoom and gave everyone the answers and posted the video! But it’s still work. Definitely fill them out as the class goes along. I didn’t open them until we were done 🥴)

@@BriannaWeldonThank you sooo much for your genuine and detailed response! That makes total sense - knowing yourself enough to ground in your own energy and intentionally absorb the learned wisdom - is key for getting the most out of any new opportunity or experience. Followed you on Instagram, I’ll start a chat with you soon because I’d love to hear more from you about this experience, and to figure out my own decision regarding joining QCA! :)
