Dear Tuhin Paul. There is no official website. However, if you send me a request per email (to christoph.dittel (AT) physik.uni-freiburg.de) I can send you a PDF of the lecture notes. I am planning to provide the lecture notes on some website soon.

Hallo. The lecture is targeted to students with a bachelor degree in physics, but I think it suffices to have some basic knowledge in analysis and linear Algebra, and it would be good to know a bit about Quantum Theory. Go ahead and try. If you can follow the first view lectures, then you can follow the whole course.
