Rule of thumb: if you can't see, then feel. If you're struggling to visualize then we recommend feeling and sensing the alternate you. What does it feel like to sit poolside in your dream home? How does it feel to hold your ideal boo? What does it smell or feel like in your corner office at your company HQ?
