Sam for the first time in five years see's his own reflection in the mirror. i remember this episode from may of 1993 i was ten then. this is a very good scene.

so did anybody see that special on cable. the show "Vh1's i love the 90's" actually talked about the show quantum leap once. it's funny everybody calls this a 90's show when it came out in the late 80's. Sunday March 26 1989 on nbc. the reason the ratings were so high back then and we watched this show every Wednesday night on nbc is because people were curious they wanted to know who's body is Sam going to leap into next who is he going to be this time and what is he going to look like.

quantum leap season five episode 22 5x22 "Mirror Image." so when there's no one in "the waiting room" at project quantum leap Sam's colleagues in the future realize he had no choice but to leap into himself. Sam realizes he's leaped into himself when he looks in the Mirror and see's his own "reflection."
