Thank you for this but I’m afraid I couldn’t quite get into it. I felt it started too abruptly. Almost like I’d turned up 5 minutes late to the class and had to jump straight into the meditation without having time to relax or ease into it. Also it feels like you’re using your everyday conversation voice instead of a relaxing meditation voice, and the singing bowls were a bit excessive. It was bouncing from one to the other like a pinball machine at times. For meditation it must be more relaxing. I only mean for this to be positive criticism and something that you can work on. This might be why it hasn’t received any likes so far. I wish you all the luck and I hope you can improve on this over time ✌🏼❤️
