Sir, at about 25, you said that if the direction of the particle changes due to the electric field then it is not scattering. However at time about 28 , you said that the direction of the proton changes due to the electric field of the nucleus. I am wondering whether this statement contradicts the previous statement or not.

At 25 i simply tell that electric field and magnetic field not discuss the source from which it created, but if particles intensely hit the source than source behave like target and u say it is scattering, but at 25 I simply say particles pass thought field, not they want hit that source, so this not a scattering,please reply if you satisfied
