We leave on Quantum from Seattle on an Alaska cruise on May 6, 2024. Initially, I wasn’t going to pack a swimsuit but after watching this video, I can definitely see spending some of my time in the Solarium pool/hot tub area. Thanks for all the helpful tips.

This is a 40th birthday celebration for my wife and I, so we went all out and booked the sky loft suite. We can't wait for this amazing adventure. We loved the Quantum! We went June 12th-19th! My first cruise ever and it was Awesome!! We didn’t get to do North Star it was cancelled twice due to windy days at Sea! We loved eating breakfast at Solarium bistro then hitting the hot tub and relax first thing in the morning! They have the make your own omelette station at Solarium Bistro!

Cruised on Quantum this week May 27-June 3. Same old food and the Buffet is overwhelmed. Never enough seating. We had to anchor in Elliot bay all morning due to high winds on deembarkation day. Did not get off till 2pm. However we were able to use drink package for the extended time. Alaska was beautiful.

This is a completely new ship class for us. Doing Cabo 2026!! Never cruised from the west coast. Just sailed an Oasis class and even though we are a young and active family, it was a tad bit too much ship. I cannot wait to see how we do with this one! Oasis class was overwhelming.

This was one of the best and most thorough ship tours. It's a beautiful ship and very spacious which surprised me, the foods, waw 😋 I think I would disembark a lot heavier than when I boarded 😄 I have friends going on the January 2024 south seas cruise and I am seriously tempted to see if they are still taking bookings. we where unlucky enough to book on this ship. instead of Vanuatu and the islands we where told bad weather, YOU are now going to Airlie Beach, a one street town, if you don't like doing the Barrier Reef Again, Again,Again, then stuff it your going, they never had the time to tex the new destination, but the had time to put the logistics in place to re route the ship. then there was the American $ con.not a sign anywhere that we are paying in American Dollars, so when yo pay your bill, what a shock we got, never again Quantum.

Finished our first cruise, an Alaska Cruise on Quantum, in early June this year. Dang, Matt! I turned the lights out, and it was as if I and my wife were right back there! Awesome job! It will take us a while to save up, but one day we will be back. The scenery and the wonderful crew made our trip worth the 6 hours of airline travel. Oh! I almost forgot: Washy Washy! 🙂

I saw the do's and don'ts as well LOL we are flying into Seattle 2 days b4 so family can walk around. I have visited before and had a really good time! Is there a video showing more of the cabins? @@rasferrastfarian739 maybe try some other restaurants other then the windjammer buffet and maybe go to chops grille, American idol or the solarium bistro The pools are nice and also they use the American cable so you might need an adapter if you don’t have a charger from the US

@@rasferrastfarian739 also at cairns I recommend the lagoon and shopping centre. The lagoon is nice and warm in the summer and the shopping centre is big and there is a lot of stores. At the Whitsundays they is a lagoon as-well that’s also warm but there are a few rocks in the water that may spike your foot but when you go to the deep end there is nothing really. Also there is free ice cream at the swimming pool deck with the flavours: vanilla, chocolate and a mix of them both. On the second last or last day if you take photos you can get a package that you can buy to print your photos you took on your cruise.

270 looks like what Celebrity tried to do with Eden but is more designed to be a performance space plus library and so forth. Overall this is a family ship but offers a lot and there's really hardly anything I can think of missing in this ship.

If you bring them a cup, they will fill it from what I’ve seen! I’ve never tried it, but I have seen people walking around with a cup from the soft serve machine.

I dont think this man has ever said anything bad about royal Caribbean. Even about for example, the wonderland restaurant aboard quantum class ships are widely regarded as a cheap copy of the original aboard oasis class, but hes just like “yeah its great you should totally get it.” Or the dining rooms on the quantum or the anthem, theyre weird and divided and dont provide the same experience as any other ship, but he never talks about them.

The alcohol is not free, no. You can purchase a drink package, although I don’t recommend it since you have to drink 9 drinks a day to get your money’s worth.
