Hi Jimi, looks like publishing is still unavailable for some accounts on Merch by Amazon. Publishing stopped for awhile due to the pandemic, but they are slowly opening accounts for publishing again. Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon

Hi Manny, publishing designs for the US was paused due to the pandemic. They are now starting to allow publishing to the US again. I received this message from Merch By Amazon last night: “All US Merch by Amazon products will be restored this week and, beginning today, you can now publish new US products. We have temporarily lowered daily publishing limits in order to allow all Content Creators the opportunity to publish new products as we re-open. To review your maximum number of daily submissions, please check your Dashboard. Thank you for being part of the Merch community.” Try to uploading again over the next few days and everything should be back to normal. Best regards

Hi Sheila! GIMP is a free photo editor that you can use to create designs using the Merch by Amazon templates. So in the select products list, click just one of the products and choose one of the market places only. The publish button should then be available. If you selected to sell to German customers, make sure you add the translated product description. (Check out the video around 6:40) The publish button will be greyed until this is done. Best regards!

@@JasonGandy Yes sir, that's the example I followed. I think it's an issue with the program itself. When I "open as layers" it basically does nothing but lock the program. I've tried reinstalling with no effort. Every tenth time or so after closing out and trying again, it will work.

You are only allowed to upload a certain number of designs per day based on your tier. Also, if you are selling to a foreign market, make sure you add the translations as well. Best regards

You are uploading to multiple products, not just t-shirts. Instead of writing ‘Funny Fishing T-Shirt’, write something generic like ‘Funny Fishing Design’. Best regards

Thanks for watching! Come up with a brand name for your collection of products you want to be associated with each other. For example, I may have 100 dog designs with the brand name ‘Woof Woof Apparel’. When a customer clicks your brand name on your product listing page, they will see your other dog designs. You can have multiple brand names. Good luck!
