How much time? 3) Listen to White Noise while studying and use it while doing a complex task or work 4) Align a timetable 5) Have a study space B) SCIENTIFIC METHODS: 1) ORGANISE THE INFORMATION: CHUNKING METHOD 1) Take a look at the entire chapter and break it down into small parts 2) Now try to finish one part after the other and try to take smaller breaks between them 2) DEADLINES: PARKINSON’S LAW 1) Work expands to fill the time available. 2) Keep realistic deadlines! Not super ambitious deadlines! 3) FOCUS SPRINTS 1) Start a timer and study, take small breaks and don’t distract! 2) You can use 2 techniques to study one is POMODOR and the other one is ULTRADIAN SPRINTS 3) POMODORO: 25 minutes of study and 5 minutes of break 4) ULTRADIAN SPRINTS: 90 minutes of study and 20 minutes of break 5) Ultradian sprints align with our human body's biological cycle which is called Ultradian Rhythms 6) As per Tharun he studies for only 50 minutes and takes a 10-minute break 4) INTERLEAVING EFFECT 1) Interleaving the topics to each other no matter which subject it is 2) There is a lot of geometry in optics 5) RECOLLECT. Well some correction there interleaving method and interlink are actually two different things even the diagram used is saying something else (differentiation and integration one),it means that you first study a topic say a chunk then study another chunk of a different topic😅. Hey bro , 2025 asp here . Im facing the same issue as my chemistry teacher , tho being an iitian doesnt impart his knowledge to us quite well. Therefore I face some difficulty in understanding him . What I do is (in his class) , go to the last bench , take out my bottle , use it as a stand , and plug in my earphones and watch chemistry lectures during that time. Since most iit-jee teachers are interested in first benchers , So he doesnt really pay attention to what I do in the back , for physics and maths I sit at the front again. Thats what I do , if its possible for you then you can also follow ! Best of luck for your prep .

How to be productive while studying: 1) Cut all distractions Ex: phone,parents,friends,relatives etc 2) Define what exactly you are going to study like what you are going to study, how long you are going to study etc... 3) Listening to white noise helps when you are not trying to understand or study complex things. 4) Allocate your time for studying when you have the least number of distractions and highest quantum of energy. 5) Have a study space and when studying in that space, activate your GOD mode. 6) Our brain is better at understanding and storing smaller chunks of information at a time. So, study with proper breaks. If studying is done continuously without any breaks, at the end of the day you might forget everything that you have tried to memorise. Break a chapter into sub parts and try to study them with proper breaks. 7) Parkinson's Law: Work expands so as to fill the time available. If you set a deadline to complete a particular task, you are more likely to complete that task within that deadline. 8) Focus Sprint: Use pomodoro technique or Ultradian cycle technique 9) The theory of active recall: "Recollect, don't revise".

Actually pomodoro technique is for memorisation subjects like bio and inorganic,some parts of organic but the ultradian sprint is for applicative subjects like maths and physics
