There's a channel called primitive technology. Very similar but even more traditional and creative, believe it or not. No spoken words. The videos are like therapy. My teenage daughter walked in the living room when I was watching a cabin being built, and she sat and watched 30 minutes longer, peacefully. Good stuff.

To me, this has got to be one of the very best builds out there. Awesomely constructed with only the use of raw natural materials, a brilliant mind, and the work of your strong physical body, and your own two hands. For staying warm in winter and cool in summer, Stone is the worst possible building material for a cabin or house unless it’s firred out and heavily insulated. I lived in an old stone farmhouse in Pennsylvania. We didn’t have air-conditioning or central heating and it was miserable. They are pizza ovens in the summer and freezers in the winter.

I love these types of videos! It makes me want to go build something like this for myself since I have no women to love and I like the outdoor life a lot. I think all good God fearing men should love to build things like this like a place of solitude and peacefulness
