I have picked up a lot of tips concerning "Grip", everyone had at least one comment that becomes useful to me in my knowledge catalog. Today gem was his explanation of "TWISTING" his wrists to center of the guns grip to increase traction in order to control recoil.

Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge my Filipino Brother. I watched another one of your video where you did a reload under 1 second. I still can't get my head wrapped around how fast you did that! Im blown. Truly unbelievable. That's like Jerry Miculek doing that with his record setting revolver reload. Anyway, I just started shooting again. The last time I held or shot a weapon was 22 years ago after leaving the Air Force. Therefore, this video is a Godsend. I will apply your hand technique and practice gripping my gun per your video. Again, thank you. 💯💯👍👍🙏🙏

Great break down of proper grip position. I need to practice it more often so it happens naturally. Thank you so much!

Nobody: JJ: Let me show you how I use two gunz to grip my pistol. Looks like JJ’s been spending as much time at the gym as he has at the range. It’s always inspiring to see people at the top of the game still show growth. 💯 🙌🏽

Is this similar to bob Vogel’s grip or more on par with Ron Avery’s?

When you twist your wrist to lock them , how do u get the front sights aligned with rear since the firearm will be pointing down when escalating to the target ?

No, do all this when your pushing the gun to your target. Try and keep the gun level as best you can throughout your entire extension. His way of breaking it down kinda makes it look like what your saying but that's kind of for visual effect.

If you twist the wrists in, wouldn’t that break the grip?
