1 whole chicken
SPICE BLEND:
2 Tsp Thyme
2 Tsp Rosemary
1 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Tsp Parsley
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Rice and Beans
1-1/2 Cups Jasmine Rice, dry
2-1/2 Cups Water
1-1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1-1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Basil
1, 14 0z Can Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
