I am sorry but I can’t help you to make the payment but you can just make the payment in your country and when you get to north Cyprus airport(ecan airport ), you’ll buy the sim and update the app.It is not difficult just download the app and follow the instructions there

There is no standard price for rent in Cyprus, it depends on the type of apartment and city you are staying. I can tell you mine but yours can be way more or less

I will advice you to stay in a dorm for your quarantine and go to your school website and find out about any dorm that you can afford then reach out to the dorm
