How do I determine the speed of the model? For example, I want to test it at speeds of 30 km/h, 60 and 100.

hi Ahmed, this is really great video.. I designed a basic quarter car model at simulink with PI Control but the resulting output of a circuit that uses a controller and without a controller get the same value.. can you help me solve it, i have made the circuit and i can send it to you by email

Is that compulsory to neglect cs damping coefficient ??

No.. If you consider it, then you'll have to differentiate the input to account for that damping force term in the equation.
