If it's annoying/frustrating you, you can turn off the setting in StoryGraph that tells you how far behind or ahead you are. I'd say three favourites is good work for the first quarter though.

Hi Jack! Thank you for the lovely video! 😊 My favourite book so far has been When We Were Birds by Ayanna Lloyd Banwo and it was also my biggest surprise because I wasn't really expecting to like it as much as I did. The biggest disappointment was Four Letters of Love by Niall Williams. Two of his books were 5-star for me in recent years so I had such high expectations. I gave this one 2.5 so you can imagine how little I enjoyed it. 😞 I'm also trying to take advantage of my library audiobooks but I'm struggling a bit, my mind easily wanders or I fall asleep 😂 Ps I really love your t-shirt!

@@jthbooks It's really a lovely book, I loved Darwin's pov and the atmosphere was just so mesmerising. And it was a debut! I'm really looking forward to what the author does next. 😊 Sadly those 3 books are the only ones that have been published over here but I really want to revisit the two books of his that I really loved. If he writes anything new I will give it a try without a doubt, I haven't lost all hope 🤣

You can turn of the setting on StoryGraph that tells you if you are ahead or behind with your reading. I would like to give you my answers to these questions, but I've already forgotten them.😂 And I can't watch a second time, because this women has to go to sleep or she will not be able to function tomorrow. (Well, it's not like I'm functioning at all anyway, but without enough sleep, I'm the living dead).
