Nina have so much hatred for Carly that she don't think before she act. When it comes out that she tip off the SEC, Nina will lose everything. And the worst part is that is SEC came and ruined her daughter Willow wedding. Nina can't build a relationship with Willow if she keeps coming at Carly. Nina blame Carly for rift between her and Willow when Nina been attacking Willow from the beginning.
