Sir why did you count the percentile on 20 frequency? Why didn't you count it on 25 frequency? Cuz the value of 35th percentile was 24.5 which has a value near the 25 frequency. I'm just confused a little bit.

Interpretation depends on what your question/problem is... If you need to select top 10% students in a class, find the marks corresponding to D90 and select students with that many marks or higher
