Based on my own experience playing with Quartz. It seems like shes best used the same way as classic duelist guards (to most players, that means "not at all"). Extreme base atk and HP combination makes her good at dropping on casters, especially the armoured ones and also slow beefy enemies like shieldbearers. 0 def does mean she can't fight small enemies head on but she does take 'reasonable' damage when enemies hit hard enough to exceed defender stats (she may even survive certain attacks due to having more EHP than a defender) TLDR: shes basically a classic stat stick duelist that leans even harder into their niche.

Crushers have no DEF but much larger HP and ATK, which is sorta like an AOE Dreadnought
