The dash heater will heat up the whole of that motorhome quickly just start the engine and idle it put the heat on high and at the same time you're charging your battery and the gas expense is very little compared to what you're paying for the motorhome

Hey guys, another great video someday I’d like to make a video on my rental experience, years ago with El Monte, RV it was needless to say entertaining. But what I really wanted to tell you both is that the highlight of the Quartzsite adventure, and tent show was running into you guys at the exit and the 15 minutes that we shared our experiences. when we met a few years ago at another event, the camping and the community that you bring with your support to the rv world was very impressive to me. It also inspired me to start up some of my videos. Sorry we had to run out so fast but my scheduled knee replacement surgery has gone awesome. did you get the new gasser? Sorry you guys are going through this, we just upgraded to a 30' class a and replaced the 2 lead batteries with one 300 amp lithium battery, it was sooo nice in quartzsite, lasted us throughout the night with more than half to spare for the one week we were there about a week ago. I can't wait to see the new diesel pusher you guys get next. Love your channel, you guys make very high quality content, hope to some day meet you. Thank you.

Greetings! We had our own Cruise America experiences 30 years ago, and hoped we’d never rent from them again! We did check them out in Fillmore, Ca to see if they got better, and found out that leaking roofs and missing windows we first experienced still continues today with moldy fridges and dirty units. Plus as you pointed out, the stated “ cost per day” DOESN’T cover other things, like set up, cookware, cleaning, generator use to name a few. Thanks for providing good insights to others who rent! For us who now own our rv’s, it’s a reminder of staying away from CA units on the road or campground!

I rented twice from Cruise America and both times the shower leaked and it had several issues. On the second one I was pulled over by the police and told the registration was out of date. Good times.

I have heard about Cruise America before and all the charges. I think they put a small battery in so you have to run the gen more and make more money off it. I have never heard of a generator set up that didn't charge all the battery's.

Geeze, seems like a tent would of almost been a better option...........nothing like your own RV!!! We have a Safari Cheetah 37' with a 330 Caterpillar and for 20 years so far been reliable and safe. You may want to consider another older diesel RV..............

It would be nice if they had a solar panel (400 watts?) and 200 Lithieum Battery option. I would be willing to pay $25 more per day for that.
