Great video! Very thorough. Been digging around trying to get some answers before ordering a fixture and this is the first video that has answered them all. Thanks!

Another nice review. Just saw these lights in action yesterday. I was pretty impressed, but wondering if it's a worthy addition to the kit. Have you been using these on paid shoots? If so, was it a Kino replacement fixture, accent, scratch light?
@CineInThe67 жыл бұрын
I've been using them a lot. They take up next to nothing in my truck and have been very useful because of their bi-color and very narrow profile. Been using them a lot as a hair/edge light.

Incredible video, what dimmer are you using?
@CineInThe67 жыл бұрын
Just a home built one I wired up years ago. The core dimmer component is the Lutron Athena dimmer.

I have these: modernstudio.com/collections/clamps-clips/products/fluorescent-t8-lamp-holder-with-5-8-pin But check around, since I made this video there are a lot more options out there. These were ok.

HATCH 86 Films the one I used in the video is one I made. The dimmer part is Lutron brand. I've generally had success with their stuff. Might do a follow up video about dimmer and battery powering tubes. Thanks for watching!

hey bro i got my lights but I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong cuz i pluged them in and neither one turned on. Is there a switch or something? Or do i need to hook them to an extension cord
@CineInThe66 жыл бұрын
They should just come on. Do you have it connected to a dimmer? Are you sure you’re wall power is live and working?
@STMENTNETWORK6 жыл бұрын
Cine In The 6 Never mind i got them to work some wires on the inside must have got disconnected while in transport
