Every case is different. Reference of one case judgement can be made in other case but need not apply. Even SC judgements can not apply 100% to each case because each case is different

@@sha1411 The Section 482: Saving of inherent powers of High Court Nothing in this Code shall be deemed to limit or affect the inherent powers of the High Court to make such orders as may be necessary to give effect to any order under this Code, or to prevent abuse of the process of any Court or otherwise to secure the ends of justice. Under this section, the High Court has the power to quash an FIR if it finds that: - The FIR is false or frivolous - The FIR is based on a mistake or misunderstanding - The FIR is not maintainable under law - The FIR is an abuse of the process of law - The FIR is not in the interest of justice Please note that the quashing of an FIR is a discretionary power of the High Court and is only exercised in exceptional circumstances.
