Quattrini M1L-60-S First Start, Take 2

I rushed the first start of the smallstate motor just to make sure it was all right-ish after all the unplanned case and cylinder mods, and found a bunch of air leaks along the way.
So it was back to the bench for another teardown, fixing all the air leaks, and now I'm back for a second try at a first start.
