Don't overestimate the number of people who will want to come to this destination. In July of 2023, Billie Bishop Airport greatly increased the number of helicopters running through the area, making it very unpleasant. The vast majority of these are not emergency vehicles.

The airport is on the other side of the harbour…..overestimate? People buy out the condo units even before a shovel hits the ground. 😂
