This is so beautiful and slightly bittersweet at the same time, considering all the angst that Layton goes through. SPOILER ALERT There's a version of the song that has a verse that goes " When I was just a child in school, I asked my teacher, what should I try? Should I paint pictures, should I sing songs? This was her wise reply" I couldn't help but think about Randall encouraging Teen Layton about archeology, the Akbadain expedition, Randall falling, the Masked Gentleman, and Layton and Randall reuniting after 18 years.
