I am somewhat upset and jealous at the same time. I just came back from the 2017 carnaval and there were no where near as many people. It was particularly a ghost town this year.

Absolutely not. The carnaval needs to go back to the glory days or I will never visit Quebec city again. From what I heard, they spread the carnaval through out city this year, which was a big mistake because it made traveling from one location to another location a problem. When you went where was the carnaval being held?
