The Paradox remains! Yet we are caught between something that can not be explained. Was it all worth it? is the question that remains. They made history, they made sure that their names will remain forever ingrained in our brains. No matter where we are in life, you will always here Queen regardless of your age. Enjoy it! :-) - equally I am happy that I by chance I reacted to this awesome band!

I swear Freddie was 'no mortal man' when it came to performing. His aura is so strong even when just viewing him in a video. If only I could have seen a live concert. If only.

Yep, he was like something from another world entirely. I like to imagine that Freddie didn't die. He simply "defied the laws of nature" and crossed back over the seven seas to Rhye. :)

this whole concert was a kind of magic, pun intended. What else can be said about Queen and The Iconic Freddie Mercury that hasn't already been stated? He is a once in a lifetime performer and talent. It's so sad he left us too soon. I have to wonder how much great music was still inside of him. He truly is The greatest Front man of all time and one of the greatest vocalists of all time. His charisma was off the charts, the way he controlled audiences. He kept them mesmerized right in the palm of his hand.

Great Reaction And Great Performance Definitely prefer this over studio version, much more edge and energy. Fred's voice is magical and John is definitely having a blast. Queen live at Wembley clearly has a different vibe to it. It was not the last Song of the concert, We Will Rock You, We are the Champions and God Save The Queen usually marked the end of concerts of Magic Tour.

Deaky's bass anchored so many of their songs but was often overlooked because he wasn't flamboyant. Live he was much more front and center in the audible mix but always seemed too muted in the studio! Wish they would remaster some of their songs and correct that. He could play simple ear worm riffs or stuff that was beyond complex. I love playing bass to this song. One of his that I can actually play! Lovely patterns and change ups.

Hap - if Freddie is wearing a jacket, it’s at the beginning of their 2 hour concert. He takes things off as he goes along because he gets so hot & sweaty! Also may change an outfit. A BIG clue that it’s towards the end is Freddie is shirtless (and may be barefoot too!) 😊

Very happy you’re coming to Wembley. Like everything Queen do, their live version is better. Is it just because we can’t take our eyes off Freddie? Or the whole band puts in that bit extra, that little bit of magic into it? Whatever it is, Wembley is their best. Perhaps not vocally, because Freddie was having problems with his throat, but in terms of the energy, charisma and pure entertainment it really is, just my humble opinion. I’m sure everyone has a favourite. So while you’re on the Wembley roll, please do Tie Your Mother Down, it leads in from One Vision (which you’ve already done), but it had the crowd in a frenzy already. And Another One Bites the Dust! Thanks Hap!

Great reaction HAP. You can never go wrong watching QUEEN live. You should react to this legendary whole concert. They actually did 2 concerts there in back to back nights. Friday July 11th and Saturday July 12th 1986. Friday nights concert it rained off and on but still a great show. Saturday nights was better because of no rain. I think they did something like 25 songs with just non stop action. You should do this concert and break it up. Didnt you know that QUEEN is always loud. When I listen to QUEEN at home so do my neighbors. Ha ha. Thank you HAP for all you do with your videos. Take care and have a good night now. Your girl, QUEEN BEE.

Love Brian’s guitar solos. But for the life of him could not get Another One Bites the Dust. John did both guitar and bass on studio version. Teaching Brian for live shows was a nightmare John said he just couldn’t catch on he was used to more complicated guitar work. One live show in early 80’s Freddie turned around and said to Brian “WTF are you doing” Freddie to audience“we never mess up so you are one lucky crowd” Wembley 86 he was amazing.

We Are The Champions was always the finale after 1977 and before it was In The Lap Of The Gods...Revisited. Some of the 80s albums didn't feature a lot of guitar. It was a synth-pop time in popular music. Brian always got his time to shine live, though. Like I Want To Break Free has a great guitar solo in it instead of a synthesizer solo. Have you reacted to I Want To Break Free live yet? Wembley version is best musically but Japan is best for Freddie hi-jinx. The last two albums are more guitar driven. And you are right about Bijou. One of the most beautiful songs ever.

I love these guys, and thank you for taking more than a casual listen. Two things I'm suggesting. Search wembley pre overdub, I say this as does it make sense as great as Queen is they would release a DVD anything less than perfect. I am not trying to stomp on my beloved Queen. You have to realize they are at the end of a long tour , also what I like is you can hear alot more of deacon bass not drown out by big red. 2nd check wembley concert John deacon camera. I think each member/area assigned camera(s) get less seen band footage dancing deaky, behind rogers drums, etc. Lastly there's videos that have been cleaned/restored. Amazing video and sound. Not sure if etiquette allows sharing names. I m not looking to dismay anyone only enhance your Queen experience. There's no one like them.

FANGIRL SHRIEKING.... It must be my birthday & Christmas & other gift-giving holidays ALL-IN-ONE! Hap, I think you asked "Maybe this was the last song of the evening?" (Which made me laugh) but I just checked: This was no. 6 in their setlist, of 26 songs done that evening. 0_0 BTW, I suppose you've seen discussions by now, about the fact that the Wembley videos also have overdubbing? I don't know how much of that is true re Friday's show (since I think Saturday's concert was originally intended to be the one released on video). ANYWAY, there are "PRE-overdubbing" versions of the Wembley concert(S) available on YT, if you're ever curious. I've watched a bit: There definitely IS a difference in (it was probably Saturday's(?) "One Vision" opening number... I don't think it's better over-dubbed, just different. (I prefer Freddie au naturale !!!!)

Still loving your reactions! My Queen Song fact book came a few weeks ago, so happy you showed it on your videos because I wasn’t aware of it. Just an FYI - do you know that Dr Brian May has and is currently working with NASA? He is involved in the MARS recent landing and will be analyzing specimens with a partner. He didn’t specifically say on Instagram, but I believe he studied “Space Dust” ( don’t know the proper Astrophysiological term). Check out his Instagram: brianmayforreal
