Is it weird to say I'm proud of how dizzy's grown??? Like over the course of seven years (in-universe) she's gone from a naive girl terrified of herself to a proud mother, beloved wife and even a queen who's finally made peace with her nature, all without losing her fundamental kindness.

I hated the xx ‘we talked a lot together’ The cpu in that game was way too op while it played dizzy. It kept me from completing A.B.A’s arcade ;-;

As with all Strive characters, she's been simplified... I think it's fine, but ONE MORE FIRE ATTACK, at least, would make it better. Hopefully they add one in a future update.

Honestly, it doesn't bother me the fishes loss, I don't enjoy playing zoners (except for Axl somehow, despite him being the most zoner out of all zoners) So I prefer ir this way.

@Arian_471 it's more of the character that had Michael sword before Dizzy Which is Justice, Her entire kit was beyond oppressive that consists of populating the entire screen with multiple slow moving projectiles that can explode and add HS Michael sword to that you're gonna have a bad time trying to touch her only to get clipped into a full combo and big damage. Also I forgot to put it in the video but justice can also do Michael sword in the air so, she's basically a war criminal

Xrd should have been the gold standard for GG moving forward. I’d be fine with them speeding it up a bit to return to AC era feel, but everything that had needed culling or simplifying had been handled. It was an opportunity to starting tuning and adding more complexity back to the foundation like the Blitz Shield and Burst Overdrives, rather than burning everything to the ground to create “Street Fighter but fantasy themed”. I’ll accept people thinking Accent Core was the height of GG, I will stand firm by Xrd, but anyone claiming Strive is GG at its core didn’t want GG in the first place.

@@felixfathead1640 I mean it depends on the character Tbf And I think strive does an ok job Millia would wear what she's wearing now that she works for the government And Gio even tho covered still has an in lore reason why she leaves cleavage And I-no is just constantly thirsty so her aesthetic makes sense As for Dizzy when she doesn't transform she actually is covered up, but we she does (the form with bigger wings and sigils around her feet) She becomes more exposed in a stance for fighting (which she doesn't like so the discrepancy in her attire and character makes sense) But now in strive she just fights you in base. So I wouldn't say it's for respect per say, but it aligns with the character.

​@@ozi-g-be and considering that Dizzy had a kid, and is the wife of a King, she was well overdue for the redesign to make her look more mature. The Dizzy from before was less confident in her fights. Now we're seeing her deliver hip-checks with class.

I dunno how I feel about this. As a main grappler, zoning is my weakness. But also, if you take zoning away, it really can feel like something is lost. That a gamestyle has been lost.

It really hasn't though? Zoning is about controlling space, which Michael Blade, both fish and Ice arena allow her to do, not even mentionong JD fire bubble. She used to be a Neutral/Setplay Zoner and she still is
