Had that happen to me once but it wasn't that violent. I heard a soft ping, then felt something brush my hand. Looked down and the high e was just dangling there. Maybe it's because it broke at the top? Not sure, as I'd still classify myself as a beginner guitarist. Don't have that much experience.

I really like the direction he went with this. From the jazzy piano start to the more Queen-esque style. He made it his own cover and I really enjoyed the jazz part.
