She was asked to give permission to be doubled in 2012 007 movie. She immediately wrote a letter to the producers asking to do the part herself. And explained she was a great fan of the 007 series, and would be a honor for her to act in the movie. She even insisted to pay de 2000£ payday of the double in question from her own pocket, because she didn't like the idea of taking food of anyone's table. For me it's one of her best moments.

So interesting. So behind all the pomp and ceremony, the queen was a really witty and approachable lady...

# 11 would have been the time where she hosted the Commonwealth Leaders, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, son of former PM Pierre Trudeau, as the newest PM in the Commonwealth, was invited to offer the Royal Toast, and he reminisced about meeting Her Majesty when he was just a child. When it was HER turn, she stood and went off-script, beginning her response by saying "Thank You Mr. Prime Minister of Canada, for making me feel so OLD!" It remains a brilliant "back at you" moment!"

After watching tons of her footages I started realising she was not just a queen, she was also the wife to a man, a mother to some kids, and granny for grandkids. She was a monarch but the way she reacted to many things relates her to us normal people. She was an interesting, charming and kind old lady. Hope the soul of her Majesty rests in peace.

She's greatly missed, and was a fixture in our lives for several generations. Although we all knew she was becoming elderly, it was nevertheless a profound shock when she died. I won't say we'll not see her like again, but it may be a long wait!

In the early 1990s, the Queen was visiting the US and was scheduled to meet with President Bush (Senior) to make some public remarks. Whoever set up the podium did so with the 6 foot President in mind and not the foot (give or take) shorter Queen. When it was her turn to speak, all you could see looking straight at the podium was her hat. Later in the tour, the Queen addressed a Joint Session of Congress. The very first words she said were along the lines of "I do hope you can see me today."

Tea plant labours 🌿 OF INDIA 🇮🇳( Asam and Tamil Nadu ) REMEMBERS Imperial Majesty🇬🇧🤴👸 (His/Her Imperial Majesty How did HM king or Queen of England rule began to be rooted in India,,? What and how did British rule helped abolish slavery some extent,,?( It was in deep root )( Bible tells one MUST NOT BE A slave ,it is not not a hindrance to one becoming CHRISTIANS but we should not become slave to men ,,we must try ourselves to free )( but when people of other relegion was unable to free themselves ,British acts helped it ,God bless HM QUEEN ELESABETH 11🙏🙏🙏 But now even after 75 years of independence India is not able to abolish a caste slavery a Barber caste here in Tamil Nadu is used to do shameful work of undershaving BRIDE GROOMS OF A HIGH CASTE HERE ,,🙏🙏🙏🙏 Beginning of Rule: The British East India Company was established as a trading company in 1600 and transformed into a ruling body in 1765. Interference in Internal Affairs: After the Battle of Buxar (1764), the East India Company got the Diwani (right to collect revenue) of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa and gradually, it started interfering in Indian affairs. Exploitation of Power: The period from 1765-72 saw duality in the system of government where the Company had the authority but no responsibility and its Indian representatives had all the responsibility but no authority. This resulted in: Rampant corruption among servants of the Company. Excessive revenue collection and oppression of peasantry. The Company’s bankruptcy, while the servants were flourishing. Response of British Government: To bring some order into the business, the British government decided to regulate the Company with a gradual increase in laws. Acts Introduced by British Government List of acts passed by British in India Hindu Personal Law, 1772 Regulating Act of 1773 Pitt’s India Act of 1784 Charter Act of 1793 Charter Act of 1813 Charter Act of 1833 Charter Act of 1853 Bengal Regulation Act, 1818 Bengal Sati Regulation Act, 1829 Thugee and Dacoit Suppressions Acts, 1836 Indian Slavery Act, 1843 Caste Disabilities Removal Act, 1850 Hindu Widow’s Remarriage Act, 1856 Government of India Act, 1858 Societies Registration Act, 1860 Indian Penal Code, 1860 Frontiers Crime Regulation Act, 1860 Female Infanticide Prevention Act, 1870 Criminal Tribes Act, 1871 Christian Personal Law, 1872 Indian Contract Act, 1872 East India Stock Dividend Redemption Act, 1873 Dramatic Performances Act, 1876 Murderous Outrage Regulation, 1877 Indian Treasure Trove Act, 1878 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 Transfer of Property Act, 1882 Ilbert Bill, 1883 Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 Age of Consent Act, 1891 Indian Councils Act, 1892 Punjab Land Alienation Act, 1900 Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, 1904 Prevention of Seditious Meetings Act, 1907 Indian Councils Act, 1909 / Morley-Minto Reforms Indian Press Act, 1910 Government of India Act, 1912 Ingress into India ordinance, 1914 Government of India Act, 1915 Defence of India Act, 1915 Rowlatt Act, 1919 Government of India Act, 1919 Official Secrets Act, 1923 Bengal Criminal Law Amendment, 1924 Indian Forest Act, 1927 Hindu Inheritance (Removal of Disabilities) Act, 1928 Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929 Indian Sale of Goods Act, 1930 Jain Law, 1930 Indian Partnership Act, 1932 Government of India Act, 1935. The Foreigners Act 1946 Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 Sindh Land Alienation Bill, 1947 Indian Independence Act, 1947 Slavery act ;- The act states how the sale of any person as a slave was banned, and anyone buying or selling slaves would be booked under the Indian Penal Code with an offence carrying strict punishment.[1][2] Implementation and effect Edit Some East India Company officials opposed the act, citing Hindu and Muslim customs and maintaining the fact that the act would be seen as interference in traditional social structures.[3] Evangelical politicians who had led successful slavery abolition campaigns in the West Indies prevailed and the Act was implemented.[3] Historians are divided on whether the Act was able to exclude caste and slavery.[4] The condition of workers in tea plantations in Tamil Nadu and Assam were compared to that of African, West Indian counterparts who worked in sugar plantations. Lack of alternatives meant tea plantation workers had become indentured labourers despite the Act,[4] which historian Amalendu Guha maintained was a new form of slavery. HM Queen 🤴Elizabeth,God bless you .🇬🇧, millions and millions of jobs , prosperity, democray, law and order ,police , meaning in lives , governments and joy in the world because of the King or Queen of England,,,🙏🙏🙏 .,India or oppressed people of the world will remember you always. In 1891, the Chingleput collector J. H. A. Tremenheere submitted his study on socio-economic condition of Dalits in Tamil Nadu to the British administration.[2]( King George , England,) Based on his recommendation Depressed Classes Land Act was passed on September 30 under Government Order No 1010/10-A (revenue) 1892. And 12 lakh acres were assigned to Dalits across Tamil Nadu.{ On the request of missionaries,) In TAMIL NADU, Oppressed people were asked to tie a pot around their neck when they entered the village or city or passed a high caste home . Only a Brahmin can have education. But now our chief minister Mr. STALIN gave opportunities to all caste to become priests . He himself is from a most backwards ,his relationships are doing barber shops ,, A high caste ( they call themselves so ) here still uses a BARBERS caste to undershave their bride grooms as a part of their marriage ritual using this caste 😁😁😁,, Slavery ,, Slavery to even a caste of Hon Chief MINISTER of Tamil Nadu.🙏🙏🙏( But originally they are Pipers but we know their relationship are running Barber shops,,my dad sent us me and my brother to learn cutting and shaving so that we will have a job in future if education doesn't pay us a job ,,)( my dad said only after or during this period God REVEALED himself to my dad ,,) Pray for our safety . I filed a case in our high court in 2007 . Noon meal scheme or lot of lakes or dams or slavery of women devadasi ,, democracy, police ,jobs , railways, dams lakes schools, police jobs , hospitals,,across the world are by BRITISH rule God bless uk God bless UK people. Slavery acts passed in India by BRITISH,,👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
