What a beautiful green and blue Her Majesty had on, she looked beautiful. However, the incredible singers stole the show. What complete angelic majesty from their voices made me pause to thank you all for your being noble in inviting the royals to Cashel, the home of my great grandfather, Patrick Noonan--born 20 April 1868 and his lovely bride Bridget Ward-- born 23 December 1870. A comment to Burncourtable. Cromwell's shadow didn't lie easily on England either. He was that worst of bigots - a religious bigot, he was also a republican. Nothing he did can be laid at the door of our queen anymore than we'd expect an Irish President to apologise for the actions of the IRA.

Was at Cashel 2018, a day before st Patricks, Headed on to Dublin and would be a gathering Snow Storm across the Irish Sea. Plane landed in Luton okay.. 🍀✈️😅..

My goodness. Hardly a good sight seeing visit. She barely looked up at the splendid ruins. Such uneven ground for an over 80 yr old to have to walk on - even a slope can be a problem. Then surrounded by all those men. Bet they were RC clergy. The. The dirge by the choir and then looking at a cow bell and ancient cross like a shepherds crook. But, the buildings, the ruins. No, barely a glance upward. Oh the duty of a Queen - people first second and last. She can always see a video of her visit to see the ruins!

Did the guide tell the president of Ireland that her supporters in the north murdered 3000+ in the name of Ireland. Did he tell her that in Warrington her supporters bombed a shopping centre killing a 12 year old boy? Unlikely. Grow up man.
