It feels like this song has always been somewhere on my path. My older brother listened to it ans it dragged curiosity about english language (i'm french) as a kid. As a teenager, I discovered Napster, Emule, and I was unable to do anything without rock music. Queen always had this "kind of magic" which made me prefer this band to any other, KQ was clearly the song I first sent to other kids to share music. With Internet, I also discovered the lyrics meant something, especially for french people with Moet et Chandon, Marie-Antoinette, "let them eat cake". I studied French revolution, Cold war... Fascinated as I guess Freddie was when he wrote this song. As a young man, I discovered Jojo's and as other nerdy boyos, I loved Yoshikage Kira and his stand.
