My fucking god, this has to be one of the most difficult bosses I have ever faced in my life. I wasted my credits on this boss. I love shmups/bullet hells but the enemy bullet dodging is insane and awesome at the same time.

This is up there in difficulty for these kinda games. The only reasons I think Touhou beats this: If you use a bomb, your bullets do less damage and become generally less useful, and if you continue, you start the WHOLE stage over, not from where you left off. This is for three of the Touhou games, the other are generally easier.

Honestly i don't think it's harder than all the Touhou games on Lunatic mode, or the Extra Stages. I mean sure there are a lot of bullets, but that doesn't mean there's no safe spot, i feel like the patters are a bit like Remilia's knife nonspell in EoSD : the bullets always follow the same path, so you just have to find a safe spot and you can dodge the whole wave. My opinion, i've never tried it tho, i've just watched videos of the fight.

This is not true. Very few CAVE patterns are static. Most of them depend on RNG in some way. In CAVE, it's all about execution, not memorization.

Without this mechanic, the whole game moves at the original speed, that is, 2 times faster than in 1.01(a similar effect can be achieved if you play mushihimesama futari using MAME - since the port does not read the slowdown mechanics, or alternatively you can just turn on the video of the fight with her at 2x speed), with such a speed, almost all the patterns of Queen Larsa become comparable or even more difficult than the final Inbachi pattern even at rank 50 , besides, there is no hyper mechanic in Mushihimesama Futari and skipping attacks with it will not work, and secondly, what kind of "very hard", and what does it have to do, with it if the maximum difficulty level in the arcade version of the game is an expert - in which Inbachi was considered invincible even in training mode, and on which Sairyou trying to put 1cc. Despite the sheer insanity of the bullets, I'd hardly call this the hardest boss in video game history. At least it's the hardest boss of it's genre (Bullet Hell), but there's still a whole lotta bosses out there who are arguably the hardest boss of it's kind, such as Mysterious Figure in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, for example.

And even then, this boss is still not the hardest even in its genre - look at, for example, Inbachi from Dodonpachi Saidaioujou with its practically undodgeable hypersonic washing machine pattern(not to mention the ONLY known clear of that boss is suspected to be done using pause-buffering because of how fast the pattern is)

People who talk about certain bosses or games that are harder than the Cave campaign, I Wanna Be The Guy fan game, or shit in the same category have generally never played them. I've played a lot of games, mostly hardcore games, some I've only played because they had a hard boss or a hard challenge. I even looked at articles like the top 100 most difficult bosses, but in the end they all turned out to be indescribably simple against the background of even far from the most difficult bosses in danmaku-smups. Queen Lars, in turn, is one of the most difficult bosses in damnaku-smups, despite the fact that it is simplified against the background of version 1.0, where, apparently, it is simply impossible. More difficult than it, as the person above noted, it is most likely Inbachi (honestly completed in the end, but still it was only in 2021, if I'm not mistaken), Zatsuza, Hibachi, Akron in the Heavenly +++ (I have not seen such difficulty not a single past) and for me it's still Vier from StellaVanity at maximum difficulty.
