I've got a little belief that during Poseidon's lifetime (before 2006), she was essentially Queen Mary II's archrival, and these two ships helped establish a new era of ocean liner competition not heard of since the days of Normandie and Queen Mary, and maybe, the Blue Ribband might still be a thing, constantly being won in between these two beauties! Poseidon could even have two slightly smaller cruise ship versions like the Queen Mary II does. Where QMII has Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth (And now the Queen Anne), Poseidon has the Atlantis and the Athena.

Like I said it depends. In terms of length, Queen Mary II wins. In terms of width, Poseidon. The width of Poseidon probably had something to do with it staying upside down for so long without the aid of ballast.
