I’d like to say it’s a shame if u needed to click on that link to see Bastiens Flip part for the first time but I have to remember some people are just starting skateboarding. Although watching the Flip video should be a mandatory watch before u even learn your first kickflip. Me and my friends used to watch that everyday before we’d go skate, 22 years later I still watch that part every now and then. Can you imagine the parts we would’ve got from Bastien if he didn’t have those gaps in his skating? Or better yet if they had SLS back in 2001/2002. Dude would’ve been making Nyjah money from winning every single one of those contests. If you go back and look at some of his runs in contest from 20 YEARS AGO they’d score 8.5-9’s in SLS contests in 2024
