I can't believe they deleted these scenes because "movie would be too long"... LONG???? The movie is only 1 hours 45 minutes!!!!!! Modern movies ara about 2 and a half hour long. The directors seemed too rushed and afraid that ppl would stand up and abandon theatres or whatsoever- I Loved this movie but it could have lasted at least 40 more minutes to give Ancients the importance they deserved, especially Maharet.

usually its the studios that put pressure on the directors to cut material, i totally agree its stupid, i would stay if it is good, and yes there are a few that go over 2 housrs and do fine at the box office, its kind of an old rule that really is more myth as far as im concerned, you go with your gut and stick with it.
