Queen was a great live band. Thanks for the reaction.

For me, Live at the Rainbow is a testament of the best overall heavy rock band - Queen circa 1974. It is a priceless historical document !

I first saw Queen on this tour at Newcastle City hall (UK) still have the ticket stub. And I cost all of £2.50. An experience never to be forgotten.

Four amazing musicians who stayed together and played together for 20 years. Baby Queen in the 70’s is my favorite Queen … long hair crazy brazen heavy rockers😂😄 I love all they did… the Good the bad the ugly(??) Uniquely Supremely Royal 👑✌🏼

If I had been a teenager in the 1970's I would have been totally wowed by this performance. You can't deny that the musicianship is there, but Queen is absolutely never boring! I appreciate you doing this concert.

I was a teen in the 70s and saw Queen in concert 10 times during the decade. Amazing.

The album version, they play the end of the song, BACKWARDS at the start and spins forward after a bar or so. ABSOLUTE GENIUS!!!!! Should be listing to it.

I prefer the live 75’ version better..better lighting..camera angles…Johns bass really shines in this song❤ …great reaction, thanks❤

I love this song! 🧌🧌🧌 Oh those Ogre Battles!! The song opens with the outro played in reverse, which evolves into the signature guitar riff. Queen stated that if they had released a second single from Queen II, it would’ve been Ogre Battle or Fairy Fellers Masterstroke! Japan put out a series of video games called “Ogre Battle”. Other game installments were called “Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen” and “Ogre Battle: Let Us All Cling Together” 👈 Btw, TEO TORRIATE is a Queen song written for their Japanese fans!!

Been watching most of the Queen reactions. Not commenting because I have never been able to get into them. I think Queen is to me what Maiden is to you. Just not my style. It’s not bad music obviously but does not tickle my brain the right way. I’ll keep watching and maybe something will click. Can’t argue with their talent and his voice though. Amazing stuff there.

The first two Queen albums are mind blowing! A lot heavier than the newer stuff

Queen could Rock when they wanted to, so many great songs long before they hit it big with Night at the opera...

I suspect a bit of post production 'fixing'. This DVD is the holy grail for Queen fans.

Yes, the whole 2014 Rainbow release overdoes post pitch correction (I don't want to use the phrase "autotune") and the mixing of the tracks is also a bit weird, you can tell it's not the same those people heard there. Come on, those little imperfections make it really real. This has gone so far I risk the word "fake".

Yeah, you can just tell by the vocals, which are way too clear IMO. All of the mid 70's live rock recordings I've heard the vocals are usually beset by all kinds of background noise bleeding through from the drums or the speaker cabinets on stage. And this might be a live vocal, but if so it's the most perfect live singing ever. Just listen to Led Zeppelin '75 Earl's Court recordings for what a live show from this era usually sounds like: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4CxgHiCrM2HgcU

Freddie wore black nail polish, Brian wore white. I don't know if that was just because of the album or if the album was because of the polish.

I’m definitely loving the Queen journey you’re on Justin! I know you’re not planning on doing the entire discography but have you decided how far you’re going?
