I saw Queen & PR twice, they were fantastic, paul never tried to step into Freddie's shoes, he just sang the songs the way they were ment to be sang! I never had the privilage of seeing Freddie live or Queen as a whole, but we have there live concerts on DVD for good memories, Freddie is gone but never forgotten R.I.P

Why would he step into someone else's shoes? Respect for Fredy, but Paul Rodgers is bigger than all of them.

@@leestones9620 ive seen both. Both bring strengths over the other (adam vs paul) but for a pure rock show.. paul every time

The first time I heard this, I got goosebumps when I heard the crowd louder than the band when the curtain dropped. This is Rock and Roll. Freddie would be proud.

No disrespect to anyone on here posting, about Queen, as it was with Freddie, as we all know how good he was, but, Paul was & is a legend from all the work he did in rock . . . .long before queen came on the scene, so massive respect to Paul, the remainder of Queen, for having the balls, to want to take Queen into a new era, with lots of new young fans. They all wanted to do this, to keep the sound of Queen alive forever, & to do it in the way Freddie would have liked it to be done, Rock on!!!

La mejor versión en vivo es la del CD " live Magic " , último concierto de Queen y también la versión del segundo concierto en Wembley. Está versión es muy buena también , sobretodo la parte final.

That opening song feels like he’s asking for a blessing from Freddie fans to sing his songs. For people there, that had to be a completely unexpected intro. It’s beautiful.

he sang each song different on stage everytime. seven seas of rhye for example or under pressure. he goes down and not up. and by the way he was already ill at that time. paul and freddie are both very good singer, but from very different corners. listen to the wembley radio ga ga. best live performance of this song of all time.

Imagine if it was Queen with Freddie, they would have soooooo many good songs to play since they been at it so long, a full concert with only "chill-effects" songs, it would be killing. Queen + PR dont do many of Freddies songs, bareley none, there is WATC, LOML (sung by Brian) and just a few more.

That's not obviously Queen, it's Queen+ Paul Rodgers, wich is not the same. A respect to a great singer like PR please, yes, he's not Freddie Mercury, who we all miss so deep, me too, really, but jeez, some people like me want to see Queen or the most close to it like this in a gig, so if they don't do things like that, that couldn't be possible. He don't ruin the songs like Robert Plant did with Innuendo on the wembley tribute, even if Robert Plant is one of the best singers ever. So respect.
